Ingredients list :
Refrigerated crescent roll dough.
Homemade pizza sauce or store bought one.
Mozzarella cheese. (shredded)
Garlic powder.
Pizza topping options of your preference.
Steps:
First thing is preheating the oven to 190C (375F).
Secondly spray the muffin cups with oil or cooking spray, to ensure that the pizza cupcakes will not stick to the bottom of the mold.
Open the Refrigerated pizza dough and divide it into 8 squares and press it inside the cups of the mold to shape the base of pizza cupcakes.

Time to show your creativity about pizza toppings, maybe some mushrooms and pepperoni or veggies mixture with sausages, as you like but don't forget a pinch of garlic powder to give your filling a delicious taste .
Add last layer of shredded mozzarella.
Bake this recipe for less than 20 minutes or exactly 18 minutes until golden brown color, but control the cooking process to avoid burn the pizza cupcakes.

Toppings alterations, try to use other sauces instead of pizza sauce as barbecue sauce, or add sun dried tomatoes and black olives and cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella.
Swaps : you could swap all purpose flour pizza dough with gluten free dough, it's available in stores. Or use cauliflower dough it's more healthier.

Take 4 medium tomatoes and peel them, then use a pot with a lid to cook your tomatoes, add a pinch of salt and one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cook that for about 15 minutes on low heat without any added water.
Then observe if the tomatoes are completely cooked, if not add some more 5 minutes.
After that blend the sauce smoothly and add oregano and salt if needed and one teaspoon of paprika and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and give it some 5 to 8 minutes to becomes more thicker.
