Ingredients list :
One pound of small shrimps cooked.
9 Uncooked lasagna pieces.
One tablespoon of butter.
Two cups of cheese (ricotta).
One cup of mozzarella shredded cheese.
Half cup of parmesan cheese (grated).
Two cups of the Alfredo sauce.
One teaspoon of garlic powder.
One teaspoon of dried parsley.
Half teaspoon of black pepper.
Pinch of salt for taste.
Half cup of crab meat or cooked scallop (optional).
Preparation method :
As usual you should first preheat the oven to 190C.
The lasagna pieces have to be cooked as described on the package and let it drain aside.
Then melt butter on medium heat in a skillet, and stir cooked shrimps for about 2 to 3 minutes just to boost the flavor, and turn off the heat.
This step is about the combination of cheese, mix ricotta and parmesan with mentioned spices, then let's jump into the next step.
Now bring a 13×9 inches mold or any baking dish, and start with a little bit of Alfredo sauce.
Add 3 lasagna pieces , and a part of cheese mixture (divide it to 3) , then shrimps and mozzarella to make things more cheesy.
Repeat the process with the rest amount of all ingredients until finishing the recipe.
Make sure that the last layer is covered with Alfredo sauce and cheese.
Cover the mold and cook it for 25 minutes, then grill it uncovered another 10 minutes.
It is going to be golden and cheesy.
Serve this amazing recipe after 10 minutes of cooling down.
