Ingredients list :
One large bag of marshmallow.
One cup of pancake mixture.
Half cup of water.
Method :
First, preparing the batter : it's easy, just need to mix water and the pancake mixture in a medium bowl, but make sure to have a thick batter a little bit to ensure covering the marshmallow very well.
Secondly frying step : but before, you will need to preheat the oil inside a deep pan on a medium to high heat ( 175C) , it is important to make enough oil.
Then coat each piece of the marshmallows with the batter, using a fork or a skewer but the most important thing is to make sure that every marshmallow is completely coated, to avoid melting it inside hot oil.
The penultimate step is frying, this step should not exceed more than 30 seconds or until the marshmallow turns into golden brown color.
Last thing is draining out the fried marshmallows using paper towels and cool it down.
Finally enjoy the best fried marshmallows.
