One of the most delicious diner idea is Alfredo shrimps and salmon pasta.

Ingredients list:
- Half lb of raw shrimps deveined and peeled.
- Two fillets of salmon, 4 to 6 ounce for each.
- 6 to 8 Oz grated parmesan cheese.
- Eight Oz of fettuccine pasta.
- Two tablespoons of olive oil.
- One cup of heavy cream.
- Pepper and salt to taste.
- Two minced gloves of garlic.
- Quarter cup of chopped fresh parsley.
- One tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Big skillet.
Method:
- Cook the pasta as the mentioned method on the package, until cooked completely then drain it and let it aside.
- Over medium heat in a big skillet heat olive oil, add garlic and fry it a little bit, then you will need to add salmon filets and shrimps and cook them 3 minutes for each side until get pink and cooked, don't forget to taste them by salt and pepper.
- After removing the seafood out of the pan heat the heavy cream in the same pan and bring it to a simmer.
- Turn the heat to low level and add the parmesan and mix it until get melted with the cream.
- Cut salmon into small pieces and return it with shrimps to the pan on the delicious sauce then combine everything together gently.
- Last thing is to add cooked pasta and coat it with sauce and add also the lemon juice and parsley.
This recipe is better to serve it hot with more parmesan and parsley.
This meal takes totally half hour to be done, and it contains 650kcal. And it serves 4 persons.
