Ingredients

  • Two lobster tails.
  • Salt and crushed black pepper.
  • Olive oil.
  • Creamy sauce.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Half stick of butter.
  • 1 small diced onion.
  • 2 minced garlic cloves.
  • One cup of half&half 
  • 1 tablespoon of the old bay seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
  • Half teaspoon of ginger.
  • Half teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  • Half teaspoon of creole seasoning.
  • Half teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Sea salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper.
  • Fresh black pepper.
  • Water and cornstarch for thicker sauce.

Instructions

Heat the broiler in the oven.

Clean your lobsters by the same method you use to clean lobsters. Then season them with lemon juice, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Put them in a greased pan and broil it for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile let's make the creamy garlic butter sauce

  1. Cook onion and garlic in melted butter on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Then add half & half, lemon pepper, old bay, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, onion and garlic powder, creole seasoning, and salt with pack pepper.
  3. Combine and mix everything together and before bringing it to a simmer add the mixture of water and cornstarch and stir until get thicker on low heat for 2 minutes, and turn off the heat.

Last step is to remove the lobster tails out of the oven and pour the delicious sauce on it or divide it as a dipping sauce, and enjoy this really great meal with your partner or your family.
