You need to know that is anytime you want to cook or let's say boiling the seafood it is really important to use this sauce exactly the seafood that is boiled in bag also for crab and shrimps or crawfish boil and you can dipp the lobster tail or snow crab leg, I really would like you to try this delicious sauce it is very simple to make and you will be a fan of it and I don't think you'll visit restaurant of seafood anymore.

Great part is that the needed time to cook this recipe is just about twenty minutes you will get your plate very quickly.

Elements of the recipe:

Butter: it is very important and necessary in the sauce you can use salted or unsalted butter but if you choose salted one you have to make sure to add just a little bit of salt.

Fresh garlic and some yellow onions: this is the hero of the sauce because it is best ingredients that pairs Seafood you have to cut finally the onions and garlic. 

The homemade mix seasoning of seafood: seasoning of Cajun, seasoning of Old Bay, powder of onion and  red chili flakes, black pepper and salt of course to taste.

Brown sugar: it is important to balance the taste of the sauce you don't need to worry about the sweetness because it is not going to be clear in the taste it's going to give your dipping sauce a different sense.

Chicken stock: yes I know that it is out of the box but trust me it adds a flavor to the sauce if the chicken stock is not available you can try to use chicken broth which is also good.

Juice of lemon: that make the sauce very fresh and gives it a citrus flavor.

Advices:

Control the level of spice by tasting the sauce then you can add more or less red chili flakes or adding some hot sauce. 

Cut garlic and onion very finely to get the most smooth sauce in the end. 

If you like liquid sauce you can add more quantity about half cup of chicken stock or chicken broth. 

You need to know and understand that not all the Cajun seasoning you found in stores are the same, there are some brands that made salted seasoning and others are salt free while there is a type which is spicy, so you have to control the level of salt and Spice by tasting. 

You can add worcestershire sauce if like umami flavor. 

Method of making seafood boil sauce:

On medium heat melt the butter and add the onion with garlic that you cut before, then cook it for about five minutes, it's okay to cook it more 3 minutes if it is not done yet. 

Then, add onion powder, homemade Cajun seasoning, old bay with red pepper flakes and brown sugar mix everything together and keep cooking for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken stock or broth and bring it to a boil, finally simmer it about 7 minutes to make it thick. Turn off the heat and add parsley with a squeeze of lemon juice.
