It was a little bit hard for me to find the whole turkey wings, but instead I brought them cutted, and it is okay.

I clean them very well by water and lemon peels، then let them drain.

For the best results it is much better to soak the wings overnight, but if you don't have enough time, it is important to keep it in the marinade for at least 4 hours in the fridge.

How to prepare fried Cajun turkey wings.

It is taking about 12 hours and 30 minutes to get done, and it serves 4 adult people.

Ingredients list:

  • 6 to 4 turkey wings.
  • 4 to 6 ounces of injectable butter marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon or 2 of hot sauce.
  • 2 and a half teaspoon of creole or Cajun seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder. 
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper. 
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 
  • Half teaspoon of sazon Goya seasoning. 
  • Vegetable oil to fry the wings.

Cooking steps:

  1. Inject each wing by one ounce of the mixture of marinade that you prepared, store the meat in a freezing bag and soak it at least four hours or overnight if you can.
  2. After motioned time, mix the spices very well and sprinkle it over  the wings by all sides.
  3. While doing this, make sure to preheat your oven to 425 F .
  4. Place them on a wired rack baking sheet, and cook it for about 25 minutes without cover it.
  5. Once you take it out of the oven, fry it in a deep preheated frying pan on 350 degrees F by enough oil.
  6. When you will get start frying the wings, lower the heat to 165 F for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the wings size.
  7. Drain them on paper towels and enjoy the best and delicious Cajun turkey wings.
