This recipe takes a Preparation time of 20 minutes, and a 40 minutes of cooking. And it will serves 6 persons.
Ingredients list:
- Six pieces of king crab legs.
- Two pounds of jumbo shrimps, unpeeled and raw.
- Three Lobster tails, about 8 ounces.
- Two medium lemons.
- Ten sprigs or 8 of fresh parsley.
- One yellow medium onion.
- Two gloves of garlic.
- 14 ounces of andouille sausages.
- 6 to 8 red baby potatoes, about one pound.
- Three pieces of corn.
- Three tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Four quarts of water.
- Half cup and one tablespoon of old bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning, divide it.
- Mushroom about 8 ounces, optional.
- Half stick of salted butter.
- The sauce of Tabasco for serving.
Method and steps:
If you have Frozen Seafood you have thaw them overnight in the refrigerator.
Bring 2 halves of two medium Lemons with chopped parsley, keep some of it for serving and for the sauce.
Peel garlic and onion and place them inside a bowl with andouille sausages, plus red baby potatoes and corn.
Then rinse your seafood with cold water and drain it. After that, cut the lobster in half.
Fry a little bit the onion at first until thawed in 3 tablespoons of oil on medium heat, then add garlic until getting the golden color, last thing is cooking andouille sausage for 3 more minutes and add 4 quarts of water then cover it for 15 minutes on high heat.
