  3. Then start to assemble the layers together in the crock pot or any slow cooker you have, starting by putting the meat and pasta and the sauce, you will have three layers of each ingredient.
  4. Finish the process by tomato sauce and cheese . 
  5. Last thing is to pour water in the sides of the pot then close your slow cooker and let everything get cooked completely for about 3  hours on medium to high heat.
