Crispy Seasoned Turkey Wings

Turkey wings are the most enjoyable food for me, we used to have it for weekend days in the past. My mother was very expert in turkey wings. And today I am very happy to prepare it for my kids too. It is so delicious with mashed potatoes or rice.

Preparation time : 10 minutes

Cooking time : two hours

You need only 2 hours and 10 minutes to serve 4 persons with delicious turkey wings.

This food is easy to make and at the same time very tasty, so let's jump into the ingredients list.

To prepare this recipe you need :

  • Five turkey wings
  • One small chopped onion. 
  • One teaspoon of salt ( seasoned optional ). 
  • One teaspoon of poultry seasoning. 
  • One teaspoon of grinded garlic. 
  • One teaspoon of plack pepper. 
  • Half cup and cup of water, divide it. 
  • One ( 10,5 ounce ) of can mushroom cream soup. 

Method :

  1. After bringing all the ingredients, preheat your oven for 350F (175C) .
  2. Put turkey wings in a casserole with onion, and salt and pepper it, then add poultry seasoning, and don't forget to add minced garlic. Make sure to cover all the sides of the wings with the mixture of seasoning. 
  3. Place the covered casserole inside the preheated oven for about one hour unit get brown color.
  4. After passing the cooking time, prepare the mushroom cream soup by adding water to it, and mix everything together in a bowl and pour it out on cooked wings. Then take it back to the oven without covering the casserole. 
  5. Wait one more hour, until the wings gets soft.
