- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 ml white wine
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp butter

Preparation:
- The first step in the recipe is to tenderize the pork chops well. Season them with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with soy sauce. Leave them in the fridge to marinate for half an hour, or longer if you prefer.
- In a deep pan, heat the butter and fry the pork chops over high heat for a minute on each side. Then pour in the white wine, reduce the heat, and cover the pan with a lid. Let the dish simmer until the wine evaporates. Add the water and leave it on the stove for another half hour.
