  • 3 large potatoes

  • 2 steaks (e.g., 10-ounce strip steaks)

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (for steak)
  • Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (for garlic butter)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
